Cruise Job Coaching provides educational and professional development services designed to help individuals prepare for and apply to legitimate cruise line job opportunities.
Our programs include personalised career assessments, coaching sessions, e-learning resources, and access to exclusive job preparation tools.
Cruise Job Coaching is a CPD Certified Micro-Skill Program, built on recognised Continuing Professional Development (CPD) principles to enhance learners’ practical employability skills.
Completion of the program demonstrates competency in cruise job application readiness, interview preparation, and professional career planning.
Participants may optionally purchase a CPD Certified Certificate of Completion upon successful course completion.
Note: This program is not a government-accredited qualification under SAQA, QCTO, or any national authority. Certification reflects recognition under the CPD Certified Association framework for micro-skills and professional development.
2. Course Access & Delivery
Upon successful purchase, participants will receive:

Up to 30 days of support and follow-up coaching assistance.
Delivery is typically completed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Once the personalised report or course access link has been delivered, the program is considered commenced and fulfilled.
3. Certificate of Completion
Participants who complete the micro-course and assessments may request an optional certificate:

Certificates are issued under the CPD Certified Association framework and include the learner’s name, completion date, and assigned CPD points.
4. Refund Policy — 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee
We are confident in the quality of our program and materials.
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided that no personalised report, course access, or coaching material has been delivered.
Once any report, access link, or resource has been sent, the program is deemed delivered, and no refund will be issued.
This policy ensures fairness and protects the integrity of our intellectual property, as each enrolment includes customised resources and coaching preparation.

5. Intellectual Property
All program materials, templates, guides, and content provided by Cruise Job Coaching are the intellectual property of Gap Education Media (Pty) Ltd.
No material may be copied, distributed, or resold without written consent.
Violation of this policy may result in legal action and forfeiture of access rights.
6. Non-Disparagement Clause
By enrolling in Cruise Job Coaching, participants agree not to make or publish any false, misleading, or defamatory statements — verbally, in writing, or online — regarding Cruise Job Coaching, its affiliates, staff, or associated brands.
Constructive feedback is always welcome through official support channels.
However, posting or sharing inaccurate or damaging statements on public platforms (including social media, forums, or review sites) that harm the company’s reputation may result in legal action, removal of access, and forfeiture of any applicable refunds or certificates.
This clause is intended to protect the integrity and credibility of the program and its participants.
7. Disclaimer
Cruise Job Coaching is not a recruitment agency and does not guarantee employment with any cruise line or company.
The program is purely educational and advisory, focusing on skill development, application readiness, and improving employability outcomes.
Success depends on each participant’s individual effort, professionalism, and adherence to the coaching and tools provided.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
